Enzo Clinical Labs
Enzo Clinical Labs, a full-service clinical reference laboratory headquartered in Farmingdale, New York, is one of top regional lab facilities in the United States. Enzo, which has received College of American Pathologist (CAP) accreditation, offers a wide variety of tests to the medical community, including tests for detecting molecular infectious disease, molecular oncology, autoimmune disorders and genetics. Enzo Clinical Labs is a division of Enzo Biochem (NYSE: ENZ), a leading US life sciences and biotechnology company.
In November 2009 GeneNews entered into a marketing partnership agreement with Enzo to market ColonSentry in the US. Enzo Labs is focused on bringing leading edge, world-class molecular tests to its customers. Offering first-in-class tests such as ColonSentry is a central component of this strategy. Enzo Clinical Labs is the exclusive provider of ColonSentry in New York and New Jersey.

Gamma-Dynacare is one of Canada’s largest and most-respected providers of top-quality medical-diagnostic laboratory services, information and products. With headquarters in Brampton, Ontario, Gamma-Dynacare runs five laboratories and 175 patient services across Canada. Clients include eight million patients, more than 12,000 healthcare professionals, governments, regional health authorities, hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinical trial sponsors, employers, insurers and other laboratories.
In 2008, GeneNews partnered with Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories to provide blood specimen collection services for ColonSentry in Ontario and Quebec.

Shanghai Biochip Co Ltd
Shanghai Biochip is a leading Chinese engineering centre for advanced microarray and gene expression profiling technologies. Founded in 2001, with headquarters in Shanghai, the company has developed a strong network of Chinese and international academic, clinical and medical partners to utilize its expertise and services as a contract research organization and bio-banking facility.
In 2012 GeneNews entered a memorandum of understanding for a strategic alliance with Shanghai Biochip to establish the first Sentinel Centre for Personalized Medicine in China. The strategic alliance will allow GeneNews and Shanghai Biochip to co-develop and commercialize additional products based on GeneNews' proprietary platform technology, the Sentinel Principle®. Shanghai Biochip will also has an non-exclusive rights to market ColonSentry® in China.
