GeneNews to Present at Rodman & Renshaw Techvest 8th Annual Healthcare Conference
TORONTO, CANADA (October 31, 2006): GeneNews Limited (TSX: GEN), formerly ChondroGene Limited, announced today that Dr. K. Wayne Marshall, President and CEO, will be presenting at the upcoming Rodman & Renshaw Techvest 8th Annual Healthcare Conference being held next week in New York from November 6 to 8. The presentation will take place at 10:35 a.m. on Wednesday November 8, 2006 in the Adams Room. Dr. Marshall will provide an update and status report on the Company’s lead product, ColonSentry™, a blood-based colon cancer test, as well as provide a general corporate update.
